Police continue search for missing 30-year-old man in Male'

Police have renewed their appeal for public assistance in locating a 30-year-old man who has been missing for over a week.
Hassan Yameen, of G. Garnet, was last seen leaving his residence at around 9:25 p.m. last Friday. His family reported him missing at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Monday.
Police stated that Yameen has not left the Maldives, based on confirmations from relevant authorities. A search warrant has been issued, and a large volume of CCTV footage is currently being reviewed as part of the investigation.
At the request of Yameen’s family, police conducted a search of his apartment. Investigators found no indication of any suspicious or criminal activity, and the apartment appeared undisturbed.
