Four people were injured on Saturday after a car overturned in the reclaimed area of Hithadhoo, Addu City, according to the Maldives Police Service.
Police stated that the incident was reported at approximately 4:50 p.m. The vehicle involved was carrying four occupants at the time of the accident.
All four individuals sustained injuries. Police said the driver suffered serious injuries.
The injured were taken to Addu Equatorial Hospital in Hithadhoo, where they are receiving treatment.
