Four people, including an 18-year-old, were taken to hospital following a group altercation in Vilimalé on Friday, according to the Maldives Police Service.
Police said the incident occurred in Kandholhumaa Goalhi and was reported at around 3:12 p.m.

The four injured are Maldivian men aged 18, 22, 27 and 31.
Police did not disclose the nature or extent of the injuries sustained during the incident.
An investigation into the case is ongoing, police said.
