First lady meets spouse of president-elect

First Lady Fazna Ahmed met on Monday with Sajidha Mohamed, spouse of President-elect Dr Mohamed Muizzu, at the official residence of the president.

At the meeting, First Lady Fazna extended her congratulations to the incoming First Lady on the election victory of Muizzu in the presidential election. She also imparted insights from her tenure as first lady and pledged her full support and assistance to the incoming first lady.

Fazna also reiterated her dedication to facilitating a smooth transition of government to the incoming administration.
