HDC opens 10 land plots to develop flats in Hulhumale phase 2
If more than one person applies, the opportunity will be given to those who are most in line with the HDC's vision, development goals and masterplan.

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has invited bids for 10 plots of land to those who propose to develop mixed-use residential flats in the second phase of Hulhumale.
HDC said the 10 plots of land in Hulhumale Phase II can be utilized for residential flat buildings, commercial premises and parking buildings. It is the responsibility of the tenants to develop the land.
According to HDC:

Six 14-storey flat buildings will be constructed

Two 20-storey flat buildings and two 15-storey flat buildings will be constructed
HDC has asked interested parties to submit proposals. They said:

If more than one person applies, the opportunity will be given to those who are most in line with the HDC's vision, development goals and masterplan

HDC will consider the value of the land and financial capacity from the Expression of Interest (EOI)

At the time of completing the EOI, the rate offered per square foot and the time period for payment of the price should be included.
