Maldives begins A-Levels with over 4,000 students

Higher secondary examinations started on Sunday with a total of more than 4,000 students.

The HSC, Edexcel and Cambridge examinations started with 4,293 students.

The examinations are conducted at 48 centres in the country.

This year's A-Level examination:

  • 1,663 students are taking the HSC (Dhivehi and Islam) examination

  • 3,842 students sit for the Edexcel A-level examination; The examinations will be held from October 8 to October 31

  • 443 students at the Cambridge A-Level Examination; The exams will run from Monday to November 14
