12 remanded for drug-fuelled parties
Police raided two locations in Hulhumale and Male and arrested eight men and four women.
A local court on Friday remanded 12 persons arrested in connection with a drug operation conducted by the police on the eve of the weekend.

As the operation is still going on, the police are yet to reveal the names of those arrested. However, it is learnt that some of the arrested persons include film stars and some who have made a name for themselves on social media.
