3 arrested over attempted fight in Male

Three individuals have been arrested in connection with an attempted fight in Male on Saturday night, according to the Maldives Police Service.

The incident occurred on Violet Magu at 8:17 pm. Among those arrested were a minor under the age of 18 and two others.

Police have not disclosed further details and stated that an investigation is ongoing.

In a separate incident, a man was injured in a fight in Hulhumale on the same day. Two suspects were apprehended on the highway while attempting to flee the scene, police said.
