A 30-year-old man sustained injuries after being attacked by a shark while fishing near HDh. Kulhudhuffushi Saturday morning.
The incident occurred early in the morning, and the injured individual was taken to Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital at approximately 7:00 am for treatment.

According to the hospital, the man suffered a dislocated shoulder and sustained additional injuries in the same area due to the shark encounter. Medical staff at the hospital confirmed that the shoulder joint was reset, the wounds were treated, and bleeding was controlled.
The patient is currently under observation at the hospital.
