A fire broke out in a residential flat in Hulhumalé Phase 1 on Sunday morning.
According to authorities, the fire occurred at Flat No. 94 in the China Town area at approximately 10:30 a.m. The fire originated in the third apartment on the second floor of the building.

The apartment was occupied by 11 foreign nationals. Although the apartment sustained significant smoke damage, no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and relevant authorities are investigating the incident.
