Police officer injured in Hulhumale car chase
Police said the male driver and a female passenger have been arrested.

A police officer was injured yesterday when a car hit a police motorcycle in Hulhumale Saturday night.
According to police, officers attempted to stop a car that was travelling at high speed in Phase One and Phase Two of Hulhumale at around 11 p.m. The driver did not comply with police instructions.

One of the two officers on the police motorcycle was injured in the collision and is receiving treatment in hospital.
Police said the male driver and a female passenger have been arrested.
