Parliament reconstitutes long-delayed committees with MDP majority
For the formation of committees, the motion by the Majlis Office was passed by a unanimous vote of 46 members present.

Parliament on Wednesday approved the formation of the standing committees to give MDP the majority of the committees.
Twelve members of MDP, which has a majority in parliament, left the party last May, causing a major shift in the representation of political parties in the parliament.
After the presidential election, the parliament has resumed its work and Wednesday's sitting asked for a vote on the formation of committees.
For the formation of committees, the motion was passed by a unanimous vote of 46 members present.
