Protests in Kulhudhuffushi over lengthy power cuts
In response to the power outages during the Ramadan month, Fenaka on Monday decided to give a 50% discount on the electricity bill of each household.

People in H.Dh.Kulhudhuffushi protested on Monday evening against the electricity issues that have not gotten resolved in the island during Ramadan.
After gathering near the Fenaka office and demonstrating outside, the protesters tried to enter the power plant.
In addition to resolving the issue as soon as possible, the protesters also called for the resignation of the Managing Director of Fenaka.
In response to the power outages during Ramadan , Fenaka on Monday decided to give a 50% discount on the electricity bill of each household.
Fenaka says it is continuously working to find a permanent solution to the electricity problem in Kulhudhuffushi.
