Zameer hands over president’s letter to UAE leader
Zameer met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Maldives' Minister of Foreign Affairs, Moosa Zameer, on Tuesday handed over a letter from President Mohamed Muizzu to the leader of the United Arab Emirates.
Zameer met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during his ongoing official visit to the UAE. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE.
During the meeting, Zameer delivered a letter from President Muizzu, addressed to the President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Discussions between the two ministers focused on enhancing the strong ties of friendship and cooperation between the Maldives and the UAE.
Zameer expressed gratitude to the UAE leadership and government for their continued support and collaboration with the Maldives.
The meeting concluded with both ministers reaffirming their commitment to work closely together on issues of mutual interest, both bilaterally and in international forums.
