The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) has dismissed Mohamed Amir and appointed Aishath Muzna as Deputy Managing Director.
The announcement was made on Thursday. The PCB did not provide a reason for the change.

Muzna has previously served on the board of the State Electric Company (STELCO) and has held various positions within the company.
The appointment follows other leadership changes at STELCO this week. On Tuesday, the PCB removed Managing Director Hussain Fahmy and appointed Ahmed Shamah Rasheed as his replacement.
