President appoints Abdul Haseeb as Elections Commission member

President Mohamed Muizzu on Monday appointed Abdul Haseeb Ismail as a member of the Elections Commission.

The letter of appointment was presented to Abdul Haseeb Ismail by the president during a ceremony held Monday morning at the President's Office.

Prior to the presentation of the appointment letter at the ceremony, Abdul Haseeb Ismail took the oath of office as a member of the Elections Commission in front of the president.

The oath was administered by Supreme Court judge Dr Azmiralda Zahir.
