President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has strongly condemned Israel’s attack on the Islamic Republic of Iran, stressing that such aggression constitutes a grave violation of international law.
The President’s remarks, shared via his personal ‘X’ account, come amid escalating tensions in the Middle East.
President Dr Muizzu highlighted the urgent need for de-escalation and called on the international community to take immediate action to address these provocations.
Further emphasising the implications of continued hostilities, the President stressed that further aggression could have devastating consequences not only for Iran, but also for neighbouring countries and the global community at large.

The strikes, which resulted in the deaths of senior Iranian officials and scientists, have drawn condemnation from multiple world leaders.
