At a time when a number of projects are being awarded one after the other, MTCC has been tasked with the development of the ports of B. Dharavandhoo and R. Dhuvaafaru.
Agreements for the projects were signed at a ceremony held at the planning ministry Wednesday afternoon by:

With MDP set to hold its presidential primary on Saturday, there has been an increase in the number of projects awarded for the construction of island ports, coastal protection and other projects.
