ACC, PCB join hands to fight corruption in state-owned firms
The biggest corruption cases that have come to light in the country so far has taken place among state-run companies.

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and the Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB), the guardian of state-owned companies, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Tuesday to curb corruption in state-owned companies.
The MoU was signed on behalf of ACC by its president Adam Shameel. It was signed on behalf of the PCB by its president Asim Mohammad.

Corruption is rampant in state-owned enterprises that play an important role in the country's economy. The biggest corruption that has come to light in the country so far has taken place among state-run companies.
