RCC awarded MVR 40m contract for 30 housing units in Komandoo
700 sqft, two-storey row houses will be built.
Private developer RCC has been awarded a contract to build 30 housing units in Sh. Komandoo.
The agreement to hand over the work to the company was signed at a ceremony held at the planning ministry on Wednesday.
The MVR 40.9 million project has been contracted to be completed in eight months.
Under the project:

700 sqft, two-storey row houses will be built

Each unit will have three rooms and ensuite bathrooms

There will be a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry and a store room

A park and a vehicle parking area will be set up
