A man has been arrested for robbing the Finland International School Maldives in capital Male.
According to the police, two persons stole into the school on Sunday morning and tried to commit robbery when the policeman, who was on duty there at the time, tried to stop them. Police said that the thieves beat up the policeman and took off.
Following police work to apprehend the thieves, one of them was arrested under a court order early Tuesday morning in connection with the case, police said.
