Police remove 235 abandoned vehicles from Male streets
Police stated that these vehicles had been left on public roads for several days.
Police towed 235 vehicles from the streets of Male on Saturday as part of an operation to remove vehicles that had been left unattended for extended periods.
In a post on X, police stated that the operation was carried out with the participation of the Male City Council and the Ministry of Local Government.
According to police, the removed vehicles included:

201 motorcycles

31 four-wheel-drive vehicles
-
3 bicycles
Police stated that these vehicles had been left on public roads for several days.
Similar operations were conducted last year in collaboration with relevant agencies, resulting in the removal and disposal of some vehicles.
