Two more people have been arrested in connection with the fight that occurred near Dharubaaruge on Saturday evening.
Police received report of the fight at 10:30 pm on Saturday.
Two people have already been arrested in connection with the fight, police say, and with the other two that were arrested Sunday, there are now four in police custody.
"Four people are arrested in connection with the incident. All of them are Maldivian men," police said in a message to the media.
One of the injured is being treated at Senahiya Hospital, where his condition is not serious, police said, referring to the hospital reports.
Police are investigating the incident further.
