Two persons were taken into police custody on Sunday for allegedly creating a ruckus over a dispute linked to a TikTok livestream.
Police, in their media message, said on Sunday:

A dispute on TikTok led to a group forcibly entering a house in Maafannu ward, Male on Sunday morning, and stirred trouble

Two people were arrested on charges of it, but the two have now been released
Police have not given any further details about the incident. It is unclear what the actual problem was with the TikTok livestream.
